ESC CVD Risk Calculation is a free application, intended for healthcare professionals and patient families, that can help them assess their cardiovascular risk and determine the treatment effect. The app includes a number of calculators for primary and secondary prevention, in various populations, such as the general population, patients with heart disease, patients with diabetes, and those who are elderly or have a history of cardiovascular disease. It can also help them determine the risk of cardiovascular disease and the effect of treatment, and make recommendations for prevention and treatment.
